Becoming more than just a claim number

It starts with filing a claim.

Filing a claim over the phone is best. It usually involves an intake specialist asking you a series of questions outlined by his/her computer system. If you don’t have the answer, say so. The main objective here is to get the claim assigned to the proper policy and get an adjuster assigned. Set up your claim by using the links below.

Be aware.

Listen to your body. It can take up to 2 weeks before you start to feel pain in a soft tissue injury case. Insurance Companies love to ask the injury question as soon as possible because if you say “no”, then when you do feel pain, they deny it as being unrelated to the accident. Always listen to your body and we encourage you to always check in with your family physician.

Understand Your Damages.

In Texas, the fight for compensation consist of the following:

  • Life Adjustments

  • Propensity for future pain and suffering
  • You have the right to future damages if the medical recovery will require future treatment.
