Marlen Teran

Marlen Teran serves as the Administrative Manager for Littleton Law Firm and as the Director of Littleton Law Firm Latinos, a community outreach initiative dedicated to advocating for and supporting injured Latino families throughout Texas. With more than a decade of experience serving Texans, Marlen has built her career around helping individuals navigate difficult circumstances with compassion, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

As Administrative Manager, Marlen oversees the firm's Support Managers and Claims Management Team, ensuring that every case receives the attention, communication, and strategic coordination necessary to deliver the highest level of service. She works closely with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, insurance companies, and clients to help ensure that each case progresses efficiently while maintaining the firm's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Marlen's leadership is instrumental in creating a seamless experience for clients from the moment they entrust their case to Littleton Law Firm. Through mentoring team members, refining processes, and fostering accountability, she helps ensure that every client receives the care, guidance, and advocacy they deserve. Her focus on operational excellence allows the firm to consistently pursue the best possible outcomes for those it represents.



As Director of Littleton Law Firm Latinos, Marlen leads the firm's efforts to connect with and serve the Latino community. She is passionate about ensuring that Spanish-speaking clients have access to quality legal representation, clear communication, and trusted guidance throughout the legal process. Her work reflects the firm's belief that language and cultural barriers should never prevent someone from obtaining justice or understanding their rights.
