Littleton Law Firm SMS Terms

1. Program name: Littleton Law Firm Employee Login Verification.
2. Description: We send one-time verification codes by text message to Littleton Law Firm employees who enroll in multi-factor authentication. Messages are sent only when an employee starts a sign-in and contain no marketing.
3. How you opt in: Employees opt in by selecting the SMS option and signing the Employee SMS Authentication Consent Form during MFA enrollment. See littletonlawfirm.com/sms-consent. Consent is not a condition of employment, and an authenticator app is available instead.
4. Message frequency: Varies based on login activity.
5. Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
6. Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.

8. Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
